We want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day refund and returns policy.

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.

The only condition is that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Get in touch with us, and we’ll show you how to initiate a return. We offer free delivery, however, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are authorised, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment automatically. The refund should be in your account the same day, however it may take up to 48 hours in rare cases.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 48 hours, please let us know by submitting a message through the Contact Us page.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour, please use our Contact Us form to send us an email. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as when they were received.

We can always exchange defective or damaged items, or return them for a full refund if they are out of stock.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping fees. The cost of return postage is not refundable.

If you are returning pricey things, you should use a trackable delivery service or get shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
