WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind and for any reason want to return the order or part of it, you may request a return within 30 days after placing the order. Item/s must be returned in the same condition as received.

HOW MUCH WOULD I PAY FOR DELIVERY AND HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE?

All purchases within the UK are delivered free, it will normally take between 2 to 3 working days (Mon-Sat), excluding public holidays.

If you need a special delivery service you can choose that option before final payment and delivery will take one working day.

For international buyers, the price of shipping will be shown before final payment and it will cost depending on the size and weight of the item. As an example, a pair of shoes to be sent to Italy will cost roughly the amount of £13

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with the expected delivery date

COULD I GET THE FULL REFUND IF I RETURN THE ORDER?

We will give a full refund on all items that have been returned. 

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

CAN I EXCHANGE AND ITEM?

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or colour, you can do it as long as we have it in stock.

If the item you wish to return doesn’t have an exchange option you can ask a full refund or pick another item you may like.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?

If you don’t remember or know your order number, please log in to My Orders first, then go to the order detail page and copy the order number to be returned.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEE BACK?

Yes, the customers need to pay the return shipping. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) service.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

As soon as you paid for an order an email will be sent to you.

As soon as we dispatch your order an email will be sent to you specifying that your order has been dispatched if you chose special delivery services you will also receive the tracking number and the link where to track your parcel within the email.

You can also login into our systems and see all your orders status and print invoices.

HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED?

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Once the item is received a full refund is issued.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I GET THE REFUND?

The refund will be issued within 7 business days upon the receipt and verified the conditions of the items.

It normally takes one to three business day for the refund to appear on the account used to make the payment. If you made a payment through PayPal refund will be into your PayPal account within one hour after refunded

CAN I RETURN THE ORDER?

If for any reason you want to return the order or part of it you must notify us by email (Contact Us), items must be returned in the same condition as received within 30 days from the purchase date.

You have 30 days to return your unworn items. You do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. Therefore, please do not damage the items whilst you inspect them. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

Buyer pays for the return postage unless we have sent you the wrong item, the item is defective, or arrived damaged.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can cancel an order at any time until the order is marked as “Shipped”, normally you should receive an email stating that your order has been posted and there is nothing we can do once it has been posted but you can Contact Us and return your order.

Also, you can check if an order has been posted by login into My Orders click on “Your Orders” tab and click the order to cancel, there you can see the product status for that order.

If the order is marked as “Shipped” under “Product Status” you need to Contact Us and let us know you want to return the order, please provide the order number

If the order is NOT marked as “Shipped” under “Product Status” you need to Contact Us and let us know you want to cancel the order, please provide the order number

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE GET LOST OR DAMAGE

Delivery to carrier shall constitute delivery to Buyer, and thereafter risk of damage shall pass to Buyer. Any claim of Buyer relative to damage during shipping or delivery should be made directly to the carrier. Any claims by Buyer against Our Company for shortage or damage should be made within five (5) days.

An order should be declared lost until after ten (10) working days since it was posted. after that the buyer need to notify us, then we will claim from the carrier and as soon as we received a confirmation that package has been lost we will refund fully the buyer
